The Wi-Fi status displays “Not a camera”, how can I connect to my camera?

You need to increase the priority of the camera network, or remove the other network.

In the Wi-Fi settings of the mobile device, select the option to ‘manage networks’.  Find the network name of the camera and move that network to the top of the list (high priority).
The mobile device will first try connecting to the camera, now being set to a higher priority, as soon as Wi-Fi is turned on.

After setting the camera’s network to high priority, turn off the mobile device’s Wi-Fi then turn it back on.  The mobile device will automatically connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi network (camera Wi-Fi must be on).

Alternatively, choose to ‘forget network’ for all higher priority networks above  the camera network, or manually select the camera network in the mobile device’s Wi-Fi settings.
